ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This well established Civil Contractor based in North West Sydney, specialises in bulk/detailed earthworks, roadworks and carpark projects throughout Sydney. Focusing on delivering quality projects and maintaining high client satisfaction, most of the work are completed with repeat clients. Due to an increase in workload, they have created a new Graduate Site Engineer position within the business to assist them in the delivery of multiple projects.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

Working as a Graduate Site Engineer, you will be required to assist in the tender and delivery of all civil works in the business. You will also be overlooking and managing the contractual side of the projects. This position will be a site and office based position reporting to the Construction Manager.
 
DUTIES.

This position will include and not be limited to:

• Procurement
• Measuring the cost of labour and materials
• QA
• Data entry
• Client/Subcontractor management

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

Ideally the successful candidate will have:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience with earthworks or streetscape projects 
• Previously worked for a private contractor
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
