About our client
The organization we are working with has a well-established project delivery team. Being a well-respected company with a reputation for world class delivery, they would like to appoint an equally well-regarded engineer in this integral role. You will be working on projects that are technically challenging, diverse and large scale.
The successful candidate will need to have:
- CPEng registered and Degree Qualified Structural Engineer is required.
- A minimum of 5 years post graduate experience as a Structural Engineer.
- Structural design and analysis experience in reinforced concrete and structural steelwork.
- Experience in designing large complex reinforced concrete slabs and footings
- Preparation of relevant documentation and maintain accurate files on projects, sites and new technologies necessary to effectively
- Large steel structures - preferably in heavy industrial / oil and gas / mining
- Ensure that the engineering practices implemented are compliant with standards and codes
- Provide recommendations for structural solutions
- Deal with construction queries, providing relatively quick answers
- SAFE knowledge would be a bonus
