• This is not a start-up role, this is not a small client looking to make a name for itself in the civil space. 
• This is a strong established tier 2 consultancy looking for a confident operator who is looking for a career jump
• At the crux of it this is business development as well as technical leadership in providing direction to the design and project delivery teams on some of the key projects taking shape in the QLD landscape.
• Manage the clients and provide technical input into key projects up to $350M
• Involvement in strategic and business planning for the civil group and for the broader vision of the company as a whole
• Still room to grow at the top end, gaps and pathways for future Australia wide Directors and Corporate Management roles.

12-15 years’ experience in the land development/urban sector within a consulting environment needed.

Robust business development talent is a given for such a role and the ability to build a brand and reputation in the marketplace goes hand in hand.
