About Us:
Based in St. Georges terrace, at Delta Structures we offer our clients a turn key solution, meaning we start from scratch and deliver a high-quality product to our customers. We commence working with our clients at very early stages of the project, assisting in project initiations phase and scoping the job following by design assist provision, detailed design and finally 3D modelling, steel detailing, concrete detailing and shop drawings services utilizing Tekla Structures.
About the roles:
Modellers:
1- Generate 3D models for different sectors including commercial, residential and mining
2- Prepare high quality 2D shop detail drawings, including assembly, fitting and GA's
3- Raise RFI for technical queries
4- Effective communication skills both verbal and writing.
5- Ability to work effectively within team environment and work closely with project managers and client's representatives
Checker:
1- Check 3D models and 2D drawings to ensure all design information, standards, specifications and client's expectations are met.
2- Effective communication with modellers, project managers and sub-contractors to achieve project deliverables on schedule and within company's standards.
3- Review all reports including assembly list, bolt list, etc.
About you:
Modellers:
1- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in steel detailing
2- Experience working with Tekla, AutoCAD, Navisworks
3- Proven knowledge of drafting and BIM process
4- Ability to work on various type of projects from small/medium to large scale
Checkers:
1- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in steel detailing
2- Experience in utilizing Tekla will be an advantage
3- Proven knowledge of checking and drafting processes
4- Ability to capture technical issues, raising RFI's, propose appropriate solutions and make decision where required.
