About the company
Located in the Bendigo region this large food manufacturer operates a state of the art highly automated production plant, one of the biggest in Victoria. They have built a culture of continuous improvement which has seen a huge increase in their efficiency and profitability, they are now re-investing into the site to build for the future.
About the role
As a Junior Project Engineer you will work closely with the Capital Projects team to deliver small projects around the site, these projects will vary widely in nature but will predominantly be processing, packaging, infrastructure and services. You may have the opportunity to support senior members of the team with larger projects as well.
About you
We're seeking either graduate engineers or those in their early career who have a relevant engineering degree (chemical, mechanical, electrical, mechatronic) and either a small amount of experience, or specific interest, in project delivery and management. You'll be able to commit to at least a twelve month period based in regional Western Victoria, and able to commence within a few weeks most likely. As an early career role, you'll need to have a great attitude and the ability to quickly learn on the go, to contribute to the team culture and provide support for senior engineers.
