This contract is available to commence now on an initial 3 months labor hire contract. Reporting to the Facilities Manager this position will supervise a small team of five office staff on site, whilst managing activities of work groups and system requirements.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Consultant and advise service to on and off-site managers / supervisors as required
• Undertake site visits as required
• Participate in continuous quality improvement activities to ensure operation efficiency of the Department
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders of the Department in regards to operational requirements
• Assist and maintain a point of contact for the recruitment, orientation processes with HR departments on behalf of staff
• Manage and maintain the Works Management System, including maintaining the asset register, process of daily workflows, assist with user support, delivery of reports as required
• Attend forums and associated meetings as required

To be successful we are seeking the below criteria:

• Trade or vocational qualifications or equivalent experience
• Proven experience working with a Works Management System
• Demonstrated supervisory experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with strong interpersonal skills
• Current Police Clearance (within the last three months)
