Senior Civil Engineer
This is a cracking opportunity for an ambitious, independent Senior Civil Engineer who has probably been in the game for over 5 years and is looking for a Big Company profile to leverage on to Bigger and Better projects.

This role will allow the right person flexibility to go out and win the work they desire and deliver it with an established team of experts. You're probably at that cross roads of wondering whether you want to go down Project Management or Technical Excellence, well this opportunity will allow you to be Technically hands on and Manage your own projects. There's not many opportunities like this on the market!

This position is looking to develop to Principal in the near future. This will allow you to work for a Consultancy with a bought in team of Engineers and Designers and get great rewards beyond the standard salary package and company culture, including paid overtime, time in lieu and annual bonus! 

The right person for this role will;

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
• Have worked for an Engineering Consultancy, ideally in Sydney
• Knowledge of NSW local standards and processes - local authorities and contractors.
• Strong involvement in all phases of the development process of small to medium sized projects.
• Ability to build and develop relationships with key stakeholders including clients and internal parties.
• A good communicator with strong moral fibre and belief in doing the right thing.
• Experience writing proposals preparation.
