A global engineering firm seeking a Senior Draftsperson for its structural team in the Adelaide CBD office.
Your new company
One of Adelaide’s best-known design consultancies is looking for your Senior Draftsperson experience. This established and tight-knit team has a first-class reputation for providing project management and design expertise for structural, civil and geotechnical projects across SA. They have won some prestigious tenders over the past few months and they are now working flat out to meet project demands, increasing their need for highly skilled and experienced staff.
Your new role
Working as a Senior Draftsperson and reporting to a Senior Associate, you will be involved in budget reviews of projects currently on the go, you will participate in meetings, ensure quality of documentation is up to industry standard and be involved in CAD drafting. You will focus on development of people within your team and effectively delegate work.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the role you will, ideally:
- have an Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering or Equivalent;
- have about 7 years of experience in a similar job;
- high proficiency in Revit;
- have a strong workplace health and safety focus and;
- have the ability to delegate, lead and manage a team.
