Total Tank Services is a Perth based dangerous goods tank maintenance specialist that boasts an expert & highly skilled team in performing all tank, vessel & pipeline related cleaning, degassing, coded fabrication, inspection, maintenance and repairs across Australia. Our significant industry knowledge and experience allows us to work with our clients to develop & implement long term maintenance solutions to ensure the integrity & therefore longevity of their assets.
With a number of projects underway we are currently looking to strengthen & grow the team to consolidate the current demand for tank maintenance. Criteria to be considered for the role includes:
- Trade qualified with experience in MMAW & FCAW weld processes, GTAW required
- Previously coded to ASME IX in 6G required with Pipe Welding experience highly regarded
- Ability to comprehend construction drawings & understanding of quality control
- Understanding of the various non-destructive Testing processes
- Skilled in all dimensions of fabrication/boiler-making/welding
- Capacity to work & contribute in a team environment
- Willing to learn & take part in other general tank maintenance task
- Key focus on adhering to HSSEQ policies & procedures
- Previous experience with dangerous goods, tank repairs & maintenance highly regarded
- Current clean police clearance
- Current working at height & confined space entry certificates
- Perth based applicants only
- High risk licenses considered an advantage
- Ability to work in a non-smoking environment
- Willingness to partake in both FIFO (2 on 1 off) & workshop based projects
- Able to pass a full medical as a Grade 1 (no restrictions), meeting max BMI criteria
- Previous mine site experience essential
