An exciting rail project is due to commence in the heart of the Melbourne CBD. Due to the growth of the company they are now seeking a well-versed Construction Manager that has a background in various rail disciplines to manage this project.
  
What’s on offer?

As the Construction Manager you will work closely with the Operations Manager to organise, manage and coordinate all site operations. You will be time conscious with day-day activities including project management and planning, managing programmes, contract administration, quality management and ensuring safety regulations are compliant. You will influence and mentor junior engineer’s and play a pivotal part in enhancing an already strong and inclusive team culture.

Your Experience 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Construction Manager or similar position
• Extensive experience in rail infrastructure, signalling, track, communications etc
• Relevant Qualification in Civil Engineer
• Management, leadership and influential qualities
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
