My Client is a market leader in the Civil Construction industry , with over 15 years’ experience. They specialise in providing services to the resources, energy, civil infrastructure and urban development sectors. Within the civil contracting space, my client operates across concrete works, roads and bridges, drainage, bulk earthworks and rail formation, consistently delivering projects within budget and time frame to the highest standard of quality, this is testament to their top calibre personnel.

With Perth’s civil market thriving, my client is seeking x3 Site Engineers to join their highly performing and collaborative team. These roles offer excellent opportunity for up and coming engineers to get their foot in the door with a reputable player in the civil industry. Given the upcoming projects lend themselves to Bulk Earthworks, exposure in this area is vital for prospective candidates.
  
In this role, you will be responsible for the following;

• Liaising with project engineers and site supervisors to ensure construction budgets and requirements are met
• Reviewing drawings and documentation
• Site establishment and planning
• Sequencing and logistics
• Construction coordination and management
• Site variation and design changes    

The successful candidate must have;

• A Construction Management & Engineering Tertiary qualification
• 18 months - 2 years’ experience in the industry
• Proven Experience in working on bulk earthwork projects
• A proactive and autonomous work ethic
• Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to be a team player

  
All 3 roles will offer an attractive FIFO structure, with a 2/1 swing as my client’s upcoming projects are located in regional WA and SA.
