Customer Service Role
We are currently looking for a full time customer service officer in our Braeside office.
Our company is 100% Australian owned, long established business. Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for an internal sales engineer to be based in Braeside. FlowTherms core business is to supply pumps, valves and fittings to the dairy, brewery and pharmaceutical industries. We are looking for a technically minded and customer focused individual to provide high quality customer service.
The role of customer service officer is a highly important role within the business and reports to the Operations Manager.
Full training will be given in all aspects of our business.
The role includes;
Assisting customers with advice and technical information via telephone, email and direct sales, ensuring their orders are processed in an accurate and professional manner.
Supporting the sales team with processing orders, preparing quotes and advising on product availability
Following customer queries from start to finish and resolving any problems that may arise.
Ensure customer deliveries are met in a timely manner.
Work co-operatively with all team members to achieve overall company goals
The candidate must display the following qualities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer/PC Knowledge
Organisational skills & attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Ability to pick up new processes and information
FlowTherm will supply full training on all of the above.
This role is a fast track to on the road sales.
