An exciting opportunity exists for a Project Manager to join the TasSpan team based in our Latrobe office. Expressions of interest are invited for suitably qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Project Management and administration of multiple projects concurrently; direct and manage project development for the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and implement project management plans ensuring compliance to ISO 9001, AS/NZS 4801 and ISO 14001.
- Ensure WHS requirements are identified and adhered to on worksites.
- Forecast and prepare work programmes.
- Forward planning and programming of works and resources including; personnel, equipment, materials and sub-contractors using Microsoft Project.
- Communicate, consult and review with project stakeholders, customers and suppliers.
- Understanding of Legislative requirements affecting operations.
- Make decisions including problem solving, choosing the appropriate course of action when/if problems occur in a timely manner.
- Review and report on performance scope, budget, timeframes and quality outcomes.
- Work in collaboration with other team members sharing resources, experience and advice.
- Actively assist with business plan; developing policies and strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
Required Skills
- Previous infrastructure project management experience mandatory.
- Diploma of Project Management.
- Excellent resource, planning and delegation skills.
- Proven experience in the management and administration of multiple concurrent projects.
- Prepare work zone traffic management plan qualification.
- High risk work licences.
- Microsoft Office and specifically Project Experience.
