My client is a family run tier 2 main contractor with a strong national presence across an array of sectors including education, commercial, retail, industrial, mix-use and residential. Project values range from 5m- 100m + 

Senior Contact Administrator required to join the team to support a large health project in the Bayside area. 

The successful candidate must have previous experience with new build and fit out projects up to the value of $30mill. 

You will report to the Project Manager based on site responsible for the following:

• Contract Management
• Cost reporting and forecasting
• Letting of contracts
• Contract procurement & negotiations
• Working on Design and Construct projects
• Head/ sub-contract contract variations
• Preparing and submitting variations to the client

Successful candidates for the role will have:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator
• Previous experience working on large new build projects
• Competent user of recognised costing software - Jobpac or Cheops
• Relevant degree / qualification within the construction industry
