Your new company

You will be working for a highly established, privately owned Top Tier 2 construction company whose capabilities span across multiple industries and have delivered iconic projects within the Residential, Commercial, Aged care, Defence, Health and Education sectors.

They are currently working on multiple landmark projects across NSW and due to a recent project win, they have engaged ACRWORLD to facilitate a site team for the project delivery.

The project is based in the regional Hunter area and is expected to run for over two years with the potential of extended works. This will be a very technical project with some intricate and interesting building works due to commence.

Your new role

Reporting to your regional operations Manager an working closely with your site delivery teams you will be in charge of the full project delivery from facilitation stages through to hand over.

For you to be successful

Tertiary qualifications in Construction to Degree level.
5 years + experience as a PM on Commercial projects
Defence experience is highly desirable
Must have delivered projects valued above $50M
Able to manage all time cost & quality on the project
Must be able to develop and adhere to strict construction programmes
Excellent relationship, negotiation and mentorship skills
Must have excellent reporting skills
Able to represent the company at high-level meetings
