This company is a major player in the pipeline construction industry and are currently working on a big project in Queensland that requires the services of an experienced Project Controls Engineer. The duration of the assignment is 6 months and the role will be offered on a FIFO 21/7 direct hire basis. 
 
As a Project Controls Engineer, your responsibilities will include;

• Managing the cost and planning elements of the project
• Prepare & assess detailed project plans for all stages of the project
• Interpret and communicate essential sequences for activities
• Implement robust project controls
• Provide accurate periodic reporting and forecasts
• Identify key milestones and measure progress
• Earned value reporting
• Prepare daily reports and dashboards
• Strong experience with MS Projects

REWARDS & REQUIREMENTS

To secure this role we are seeking a candidate with strong experience in a similar role with a leading contractor ideally within the pipeline construction space, a relevant tertiary qualification, excellent communication skills and a proven ability to deliver. 

The role will be offered on a 6 month direct hire contract basis with a generous salary package plus uplift offered to the successful candidate. The roster is a 21/7 FIFO arrangement from ideally an East Coast Capital City.
