Our client is a well respected and growing national mid tier builder with a mix of projects up to $100 million to include residential apartments, office developments, retail and institutional work. They have an excellent reputation with clients to include private developers and government organisations hence a big portion of their work is negotiated.
 
Due to a recent project win they are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their highly successful team. Working in conjunction with a highly experienced project team they are looking for someone to successfully deliver the project within program and budget.
 
The successful candidate will be tasked with programming, managing the site team, client liaison, budgetary control and driving the project through to practical completion. We are looking for someone who has a proven history of completing apartment projects in excess of $50 million with a reputable builder in the Melbourne market.
 
They are looking for someone who either comes from a tertiary background in a construction related subject or timed served Site Manager who has moved into a PM role.
