Hays has now partnered with a leading Brisbane builder to source an experienced Contract Administrator. Operating for over 5 years in the market, this dynamic Brisbane based Construction Company has extensive construction, fitout and refurbishment experience in the industrial, health, retail, service station and commercial sectors. Their core work ranges from $500k to $10 million
Your new role
The business has recently secured multiple Commercial Projects across south east QLD. Due to this increased work load, this dynamic builder is now seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to assist the Project Manager in the successful delivery of these projects. The position will be a mix of both office and site based locations.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application you will have a background with a lower to mid-tier commercial builder, you will have a strong commercial acumen You will have a minimum of 3 years as Contract Administrator and have good knowledge in Procurement, Contract Negotiation, RFI’s, and Variations. It will be highly desirable if you hold a relevant tertiary qualification in construction management. You will have a strong ability to develop close relationships with sub-contractors.
