Your new company
This commercial construction business based in North Bridge is looking for an experienced Project Manager to start up their Remedial side of their business. Our client's unique business model makes them stand out from all the other construction companies and is proven by their extensive portfolio of projects and extremely good staff retention rate. They have a proven track record in successful project delivery from a value of $500k to $40 million dollars.

Your new role
You are in control of your role. You will be able to utilise all previous skills and knowledge from working as a Project Manager but also if needed take on the responsibility of being a Contracts Manager, Estimator or Designer as needed. You will work with the Directors to build the Remedial business to grow and develop it and for the right person, the offer to have equity in the remedial business that you grow.

What you'll need to succeed

• Drive, motivation and determined
• Previous experience as a Project Manager
• A large network of people within the construction and remedial business
• Relationship building skills
