• Projects: Fit-Out projects across a range of markets

My client is looking for an Estimator who has a strong and reliable network of subcontractors in the commercial industry to draw on.

My Client tenders across a multitude of sectors;

• Health and Aged Care
• Commercial Office
• Retail 
• Education
• Government
• Hospitality

The Company

With projects throughout Victoria & Melbourne CBD, this ever-growing organisation can deliver projects under design and construction, lump sum or construction management methods. They are specialists in fit out & refurb and their Director are very hands on.  

The Role:

• The Team – You will be working in close-knit team and reporting to the Director
• Projects: You will producing lump sum, D&C and Construction Management tenders for fit-out & refurbishment projects with the current portfolio ranging from $2.5m to $10M
• Position – The position is on a permanent basis

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Dynamic & Enthusiastic Attitude– Our client has worked hard to build a professional but social ‘company culture’ and want you to fit into the team.
• Successful Fit-out Experience – You will be expected to perform your job autonomously so working in a similar role previously is essential. You may be required to produce a successful tender list
• Ambition – Our client is looking for someone who will relish stepping into a management position when required.
• Good Communication Skills – This is an absolute requirement as negotiating prices & tender interviews are key parts of the job.
