Are you a Contracts Administrator with fabulous negotiation skills and a commercial acumen that places you at the top of your profession? Are you keen to join a dynamic, fast paced and challenging working environment? Are you a team player and potential leader? You are most likely working for an established medium or top tier building contractor and you are desperate to achieve more professionally but there is just no where for you to move to in the company that you are currently employed by.  Maybe your company is set in its ways, is top heavy with senior management or just does not recognize your ambition and drive.  

This National Building Contractor is at an important stage of their growth. They have a very interesting portfolio of current and future projects in the commercial, industrial, retail, health and education sectors and are currently embarking on several innovative and challenging projects throughout Australia.  Projects range from $10 Mil - $250 Mil. You will initially be placed on a flagship commercial design and construct project. 

You need to be the kind of Contract Administrator who is all over projects delving into their financial status, spotting potential challenges before they become problems. You build the jobs in your head while thinking ahead constantly about the commercial aspects of the projects. You have a fantastic attention to detail but you are driven to move at a pace that means that the projects are delivered on time as well as on budget. The sub contractors have an enormous respect for you although they would all agree that you can be quite tough they also agree that you are fair.
