Your new company
We are working alongside a Multi-Residential Construction industry leader. Relatively new to the scene, an opportunity exists to help shape the culture of the company going forward. They are committed to creating the best outcomes for their clients, staff and subcontractors, and are constantly challenging the way they do business. Due to a strong pipeline of new projects within metropolitan Melbourne, a position now exists for an experienced Project Manager to oversee an Apartment and Townhouse Project in Melbourne’s East.
Your new role
- All client liaison and negotiation, construction programming, planning, budgeting and financial reporting
- Timely delivering of a fast tracked project with a national client
- Delivering projects within building regulations and company standards
- Supported by a contract administrator & site manager
What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 5 years local experience in Australia
- Prior experience in a Project Manager role
- Experience delivering projects upwards of $15 M
- Tertiary qualified
- Strong time management and communication skills
- A strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
