Cres Construct is seeking an experienced Selections Consultant / Office Admin with sound knowledge of the residential building industry to join our team.


We require a professional person with a great attitude.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will have a wide range of responsibilities...

some of these include:

* Assist our valued clients with their selections, variations and changes

* Arrange and conduct pre-start meetings with clients and assist with selection choices

* Maintain regular communication with our clients and suppliers until they reach construction
* Read and interpret plans

* Prepare Building contracts and related documentation

* Prepare Variation documents for clients once they have done their selections

* Build strong client relationships by liaising with clients via telephone and through email
* Provide a high level of customer service at all times
* Carry out up to 2 Selection Appointments a week

* Have extensive knowledge about building products and latest trends

* Liaise with internal departments – Sales, Drafting, Estimating and Construction to assist with client enquiries

* Maintain supplier products in our new selections Studio

* Liaising with council and processing CITB levy forms

* Plus PA duties to the senior manager

* Other Duties as required

The successful candidate would need to demonstrate the following attributes for this role;

* Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word & Excel

* 2 + years in a similar role working for a Residential Building Company
