OVERVIEW
  
You will be expected to head up the onsite team managing a team of direct and subcontracted tradesmen, working alongside a Project Engineer. Typical projects undertaken will include the construction of subdivisions, RMS roadworks, bridges, streetscapes etc.

This is a long-term role with a privately owned contractor so candidates who are interested in stable ongoing work, this position will suit you well. The ideal employment period my client would be looking at is 5+ years and for this person to grow and progress within the company. Only candidates with a stable employment history will be considered for this position. 
   
JOB DESCRIPTION
                                                       
You will need to command respect from staff and demonstrate leadership skills from previous Supervisor roles you have undertaken in Sydney. You will be exceptionally organised and have the ability to motivate your team with your excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects in Sydney on time and managing direct plant and labour on site.
  
You will also be expected to:

• Schedule and plan work
• Quality assurance
• Conduct onsite toolbox talks
• Liaise with the client
• Work closely with the Project Manager

This is a full time position for the right candidate. The contractor is well-established and have been in the Sydney market for a number of years now - they have built excellent relationships with repeat business (RMS, TfNSW, local councils and private builders). SALARY PACKAGE
  
This role is paying a market average supervisor salary - $110k-$140k base + Super + Company Vehicle (inclusive Etag & fuel card)
