Be a part of a strong team with established professionals made of 16 Site Managers, 3 Constructions Managers with exceptional delivery history of 120 homes per year. The Position

• Once the home is sold, it is your job to co-ordinate all the documentation in order for the home to start being built.
• You will be liaising with drafting departments, estimators, councils and engineers in order to make sure documentation is being moved around so that the home can be approved as soon as possible.
• Workflow management of typically 20-30 High-End Residential Projects ($2M Luxury Homes) from concept to completion
• This position has real career potential for you to move in to a National Operations Manager role.

The Candidate

• Experience as a Customer Service Manager or Operations Manager, Workflow Manager.
• If you have worked for a project homes builder or a custom home builder it will be a plus.
• If you have an understanding of how an application for a home to be approved for it to be built
• Attention to detail and organisation is crucial in order to make sure 20-30 applications are moving at once!
