An exceptional career opportunity has arisen with an established refurbishment and fitout group with a national footprint. Their Victorian operations have been operating for well in excess of 10 years and due to continued organic growth are seeking an addtional Project Manager. In this position you will report to a National Director, and provide leadership and mentorship to your nominated construction team and be responsbile for the ongoing management and maintenance of their client base in Melbourne and oversee all construction based activities on your nominated projects.
To be considered for this role it is envisaged that you will have a track record gained over 5+ years specifically within the refurbishment and fitout arena, with a track record at PM level - you will need to have the ability to provide technical input on projects through all phases of the project life cycle from tendering and value engineering, through to construction delivery and ongoing maintenance of client relationships. The PM’s within this business typically managed 3-4 projects concurrently so experience in this level of project work is required.
A package to the value of $160k is available for the successful candidate.
