With a growing National footprint and well-established profile in Qld, this boutique commercial refurbishment, fit out and shop fitting builder is offering a unique opportunity for an energetic, driven and motivated Junior to join their ranks in the capacity of Building Cadet.
In a boutique, fast-paced environment categorised by a young and enthusiastic culture, this is your chance to join a close-knit working group and establish yourself as a key member of a smaller team. You will not be just a number!
The position will be responsible for supporting the project teams in an Administration-focused capacity; exposing you to all areas, systems and processes within the business. Documentation control, assisting project paperwork requirements, writing out purchase orders and completing OH&S reporting will all be core components of the position as you build your confidence to manage the sub-contractor and Client interface over time.
The position will have progression opportunities over the next couple of years into project coordinator functions and then formal project management ranks on the back of sustained and committed performance.
As such, you may be a Construction Undergraduate studying by external correspondence, or a recent Graduate, looking for an entry level position.
Preference will go to Applicants currently residing in Brisbane with some exposure / experience within a professional role in the Built Environment.
