As a career Estimator with at least 5 years solid Mid-Tier Estimating experience, you will have the ability and know-how to deal with every stage of bids, complex tenders and cost plans and be able to turn them back round to the client in a speedy manner, excellent time management skills are a must for this one!
You will know how to pull a job apart and quickly identify areas of risk for the business.
Ideally you will already be an expert using Cost X or Buildsoft and will have worked on a wide variety of different commercial building projects up to around $50M in value.
An element of flexibility is offered with this role. Tenders need to be in on time - par for the course but this is a Senior role and autonomy is offered.
Requirements for this role
- At least 5-10 years’ experience as a Commercial Estimator
- Knowledge working on a wide variety of commercial projects ranging in value from $1M - $50M
- You will be able to multi task and work on a number of open fronts at once.
- Be able to Cost Plan, Measure, assist with Bids, the whole lot.
