Our client is a leading Melbourne Commercial Builder, who delivers high quality residential apartments & townhouses ($5M - $30M) and is enjoying period of sustained, yet considered growth.
Due to this continued success they are seeking a talented Site Manager to join the team. First project confirmed as $20M Residential Apartments (8 Storey, 2 Basements) in Essendon.
Supported by an established team and strong systems & processes, you will be responsible for all on site construction activities, whilst positively liaising with stakeholders including internal project team, client, consultants and subcontractors.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record of supervising multi level commercial projects (structure & finishes), whilst demonstrating a 'can do' attitude and professional demeanour.
Trade background is desirable but all relevant qualifications will be considered.
This is a company with a full order book this year and who look after its staff in a family friendly and supportive environment. For example all site staff receive RDO's, whilst a flexible & realistic approach is adopted for working the occasional Saturdays.
