One of Victoria's leading multi-disciplinary property groups has just secured a $7M industrial/commercial build in Melbourne's West and requires an experienced, high performing site manager to ensure it is delivered on time and on budget.  
 
To be considered for this position you will need a stable employment history with previous site management/supervisory experience.  You will be a dynamic individual with a proven ability to manage the day to day running of a medium scale commercial/industrial project. Previous industrial/tilt-panel construction experience will be viewed favourably.  

As a highly effective organiser you will be able to monitor on site sub-contractors effectively while ensuring all OH & S standards are rigorously followed.  

In return you will be given unwavering support from senior management and will be given complete autonomy over site based operations.  A salary package of $130,000 to $150,000 will be on offer for the right candidate with a company that prides itself on a positive working environment.
