We are a busy contractor specialising in civil and concrete construction. Since 2007, we have continued to forge a strong reputation for delivering contracts in the $50k-$2M range. Starting in the inner city we have branched out west and now cover a lot of the west.

We are now seeking a versatile and proven Operations Manager to help take our business forward. The market has picked right up and we need someone with runs on the board.

We want someone who has been an Operations or Project Manager in the civil space.

Duties will include:

Reviewing our current operations
Helping with tenders/ estimating
Systems and procedures
Assessing subbies & reviewing rates
Business development

You will be given trust and autonomy to bring your ideas and experience.
