Searching for an experienced Site Manager who is familiar in managing site activity from initial stage to client handover. Work on a diverse range of projects within an elite building company.

Description

The key responsibilities of the successful applicant;

• Review construction documentation
• Effective problem solving ability
• Delegate & direct on-site staff
• Lead site meetings
• Manage on-site OH&S
• Manage all activities on - site

Profile

The successful applicant will have;

• Education in Construction Management or similar
• Experienced in managing commercial new builds
• Managed on-site staff
• Excellent attention to detail and ensure highest quality finish on each project
• Strong communication, build effective rapport at all levels of the business
