This company is a well known Melbourne builder who have a large project at the finishing stages and are looking to add a Foreman to their team to look after finishes and defects trades.

The role will initially be viewed as a contract appointment but may extend to a full time role as new work is being negotiated. You will work closely with a Project Manager and Site Manager to close out the project bu overseeing the completion of the finishes trades and then rolling on to the defects on a multi story apartment project in a bayside suburb.

To suit this role you will ideally have experience as a Foreman or Site Manager on apartment projects with particular expertise regarding finishing trades. You must be able to work as part of a larger team and demonstrate a strong construction knowledge and eye for detail.
