BUILDING (Remedial) TRAINEE PROGRAM
About us

With our hard-fought reputation, we are a key player in the remedial building space working on multimillion dollar remedial projects across Sydney’s East, Inner West, City and Northern Beaches. Remedial building is an emerging and rapidly growing construction space. We are small enough to grow our own talent and large enough to offer opportunities to build a career in remedial building. We are the first remedial building company in NSW to offer a structured Building (Remedial) Trainee Program.
About the Program
Trainees will enrol in the nationally recognised Certificate II in Construction (CPC20112). This one (1) year traineeship program will provide trainees with a solid foundation and pathway in construction. You will learn about safe work practices, how to read plans, take measurements, prepare concrete surfaces, prepare for various construction stages, as well as organise and plan work.
A key feature of our Building Trainee Program is that trainees will receive on-the-job training and coaching through rotations in remedial building trades in carpentry, waterproofing, bricklaying and painting competencies under the experienced guidance of our trade Training Managers.
At the conclusion of the program, trainees will emerge with a Certificate II in Construction (CPC20112) and secure continued employment with us as a qualified worker across our remedial projects or pursue further studies in either Cert III trades or Certificate IV Building & Construction pathway (including Recognition of Prior Learning - RPL).
About You

We are looking for mature, motivated and committed Trainees who appreciate the opportunity to enter the construction industry with a key player in remedial building. You may be looking for a career change or perhaps you are already working in the industry and are now looking for a more specialised path. Most importantly, you will have already obtained your White Card in the construction industry though an accredited provider which meets NSW mandatory requirements.
