We currently seeking experienced Rail Supervisor for rail upgrade projects throughout NSW. The successful candidates must be reliable, safety conscious and have previous rail industry experience. They must be also be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
The successful applicants will be based in the Dubbo area and required to work to on projects throughout regional NSW. An attractive remuneration package will be offered along with the opportunity to be a part of a dedicated team who is fully committed to high quality, safe production.
Experience & Requirements:
- Working knowledge of fleet maintenance and repair / bodywork
- Knowledgeable in the use of core MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Current driver's licence & own transport
- Current active Rail Industry Work card (RIW)
- First Aid Qualification - Provide First Aid in Remote Situations – preferred
- Construction Induction or White Card
- Cert II OR Cert III – Rail Infrastructure - desirable
- Understanding of and experience with Asset Management systems InspHire and Navman GPS Tracking Systems and use of fact-based data collection process to help guide fleet decisions
- Ability to read and construct basic reports
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational abilities
- Reliable with an excellent work ethic
- A commitment to high personal standards of behaviour
- A positive, team player
- Strong focus on safety and the environment
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
