Who are we:
J & E Asphalt & Civil Pty Ltd is a family owned and operated multi-disciplined road works contractor that services NSW. Founded in 1978, the business slowly grew from grading kerbs for new subdivisions, to grading sports courts, car parks and roads.
About the role:
We are currently seeking reliable, adaptable and responsible Asphalt Crew personnel. In this role you will be responsible for working with hot mix on job sites through-out the Sydney Metropolitan areas.
Ideally you will have experience in any of the roles outlined below:
- General Labourer
- Screed-board Operator
- Roller Operator
- Bobcat Operator (with sweeper attachment)
To be considered for this role you must possess the following:
- A valid NSW drivers' licence
- A construction induction OH&S white card
- Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and work to deadlines including night shift, overtime, occasional weekend work and regional work when required
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Respect of others and to work as part of an efficient team
- Ability to undertake a Fit for Work Assessment and a Drug & Alcohol screen
