This developer/builder is a specialist in the apartment and has completed numerous works across Victoria. They are soon to commence their next high spec project in Melbourne, $20mil multi level apartment development in the inner suburbs. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager with experience on low to medium rise residential projects.
The logistics of this project entail a tower crane, boom pump on a narrow access site. You will have the support of a full time Labourer with additional Foreman as required - at key points in the building structure as well as finishing stages. You will also have a site based CA and report to this group’s Construction Manager.
As Site Manager, you will have full autonomy in running site based activities and will have the of one of this company’s long standing Project Managers, and dedicated Contracts Administrators, to assist you leaving you to manage all aspects of site delivery. You must be able to demonstrate best practise in OH&S and IR and have a natural aptitude for planning, programming and pushing the job forward.
With a healthy hourly rate in the $50-$60 per hour range, , this is a role not be missed for individuals with strong structural/multi-level experience who wish to apply their skills with a progressive and renowned development group. There is potential work beyond this temp assignment.
