Reporting to a Director on a major project from the early design stage and development approval, you will work closely with the client, design and consulting teams to ensure specifications and budgets are in the line with the client's expectations and operational requirements are met.
Ideally, you will have:

- Exposure across the full lifecycle of a project
- Strong engagement skills with multiple user group stakeholders
- Manage development approvals
- Manage projects within approved budgets whilst managing program
- Tender assessment
- Cost & Risk reporting
- Risk management, report on issues affecting safety and business continuity
This is a great opportunity to work on a diverse range of major complex innovative projects. Senior PM professionals can come from a Client-Side, Project Management consultancy or contractor background. Most importantly you will be a confident and capable communicator to manage stakeholders.
