Bill Jacobs Construction Pty Ltd are a well respected and established construction company. With Commercial/Industrial projects up to $5 million we are seeking an experienced, part-time Estimator looking for a work life balance to join our team.

Responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:

Preparation of cost estimates,
Preparing Full take offs, quotes for projects and Bill of Quantities
Compiling Scope of Works and tender packages for sub contractors

To be successful in your application you must have the following:

Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or like
Demonstrated experience in the role of an Estimator in the commercial/industrial sector for a minimum of 5 years
Proven experience as an Estimator on jobs to $5 million.
Excellent verbal & written skills
Excellent time management & organisational skills
