Now Careers are currently recruiting an Assistant / Development Manager, to join a reputable business who have been operating in Sydney for many decades and have recently opened a new Property Development arm to their growing business.

The Opportunity

Join a very knowledgeable and supportive team who have strong networks in the industry! You will report into the Development Director and work with him across a variety of projects at various stages. 

You will have the opportunity to oversee $100 Million Dollars of Developments per annum which is growing year on year due to business growth and expansion.

Key Requirements

You will have:
 

• Completed a Bachelor of Construction / Property / Economics or a related Property degree
• You will have a minimum of 2 years relative experience as an Assistant Project Manager / Assistant Development Manager
• Assisted on high-end residential developments 
• Excellent stakeholder management, engagement and negotiation experience
• Ability to work under pressure and comfortable with working across multiple projects
• Effective communication and reporting skills - both written and verbal
