We are currently seeking a Driller or Experienced Offsider to assist in site investigation drilling. Potential for a full time role exists for the right candidate. Our Company is based in Melbourne and the work requires some travelling.

THIS IS NOT A FIFO POSITION - Local candidates need only apply.
Experience in site investigation drilling required.

Duties will include:

• - Mobilising & Moving heavy vehicles between yard and drill sites
• - Rig setup
• - Drilling using the following methods - SFA/ HFA/ Direct Push/DTH  Hammer/Mud Rotary/Conventional and Wireline Diamond Coring
• - Managing work flow and multiple staff on site
• - Installation of groundwater/monitoring wells & instrumentation
• - Collecting samples
• - Cleaning and maintaining equipment and vehicles
• - Assist with repairs and maintenance
• - Following company safety and environmental policy

Candidate Requirements:

• - OH&S General Induction (White Card)
• - Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen
• - Physically capable of long days and physical work
• - Truck Licence
• - Self starting/positive attitude towards hard work and on-site problems
• - Own transport to and from the yard
• - Ability to maintain a strong and positive attitude and  happy working relationship with clients.

We are a small company with a good team and good reputation and are looking for someone with a can do/positive attitude towards their job. Role will initially be casual/part time with the potential of full-time work for the right candidate.
