The Role
  
The company in question are currently looking for both Project and Site managers to join the team. The role will involve regular engagement with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and council members. You will be trusted with managing projects from inception to completion with the company team backing you the whole way. The role is suited to individuals with experience in the Auckland construction market. Ideally they want people with 6/7 years' experience, a strong PM and SM who are capable of full cycle management and have track records of successful delivery of high quality residential apartments.

The successful candidate will be assigned to a project they have starting in the next month. You will be working closely with the management team, an on site Engineer and the Site Manager. 

This role and company  will offer the right person a defined career path for the next 5 - 10 years. With a number of projects already lined up for the foreseeable future your career will go in the right direction with this organisation 

Duties 

• Working alongside clients, contractors, consultants and Council members
• Multi-site Project and Sie Management, driving construction progress on a daily basis
• Measuring project costs, budgets and time lines as per schedules
• Ensuring work is conducted under correct health and safety guidelines
• Present monthly reports outlining progress and expenditure
