About the role

As a Senior Development Manager in the retail division, you will be responsible for a diverse project portfolio, requiring a proactive and dynamic approach. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team member to assist with an impressive range of retail projects.

To be successful you’ll be able to demonstrate your capability to think on your feet and your ability to respond to dynamic property based market environments. Your proven track record of community engagement and managing stakeholders will be your key to success in this innovative and inclusive development team.

About You

Reporting to the Director, the SDM will lead multiple retail projects.
You will have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor degree in an Urban design, Planning, Construction and/or Property Development
• Substantial and broad ranging experience in the management of retail projects
• Proven ability and experience in planning, organising and coordinating development, design, construction and marketing of projects..
• Experience in the preparation of complex briefs, letters, emails and reports using clear, concise and grammatically correct language
• Proven ability to constructively dealing with stakeholder issues and take concrete steps to add value to the stakeholders
• Experience managing and directing people to generate successful results.
• Experience in the preparation and analysis of financial feasibility studies, budgeting and tight cost monitoring to achieve profitable outcomes.
• Strong Contract Administration and management skill
