THE ROLE…
Reporting to the State Fixing Manager, this role is largely responsible for building/construction projects and contractor management including variations, on-site inspections and project reporting.
As the Site Supervisor you will work autonomously and effectively coordinate and support a dedicated and results-orientated Tile Fixing Team.
You will oversee the projects and ensure they are delivered on schedule and under budget, liaising directly with stakeholders and manage any contractors on site. Your role will include:
- Maintaining schedules
- Allocating tiling jobs
- Processing tiler invoices
- Providing support to tiling and building supervisors
- Administrative duties including reporting
YOU…
Will be an experienced Site Supervisor who can demonstrate expertise and experience in a project management role. You are solutions focused, proactive, driven by results and have experience effectively managing and overseeing trades people.
You enjoy stakeholder relationship management and customer service and importantly, you have the career aspiration, drive and motivation to make a difference in a growing company.
- Effective organisational and planning skills
- Strong understanding of QA processes and Australian Standards
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong OHS knowledge and understanding
QUALIFICATIONS…
- Site Supervisors Licence
- Builders Licence/Tilers Licence/Tradesperson in Construction industry
- Drivers Licence
- White Card
