DCCM are seeking a professional maintenance officer to join our team. DCCM operate out of our East Victoria Park offices as a small but busy team delivering facilities maintenance for our Clients.
The key responsibilities for this role:
· Client relationships
· Maintenance planning and delivery
· Supplier management
· Workflow management
· Monitoring and auditing
Reporting to our Operations Manager, the suitable candidate will be highly motivated and organised, with a proactive approach and ability to prioritise tasks and deadlines. Prior experience in maintenance management is preferred either in trade / real estate / construction industry. A trade, post trade or engineering qualification is highly regarded.
Good relationship building skills and computer literacy are also required to be successful in this role.
