As a Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining project schedules in line with contracts, monitoring schedule progress to maintain project schedules, providing accurate and timely reporting for client meetings and monitoring labour and equipment requirements and usage and report on potential concerns.
To be successful you will demonstrate:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in the civil construction industry advantageous
- Ability to prioritise and schedule complex and variable processes
- Demonstrated experience with MS Project
- Ability to work unsupervised with a “go the extra yard” attitude
