2XM Recruit are seeking an experienced Construction Leading Hand with previous experience in either commercial, concreting or remediation.  

The role is a 12 month + role with the potential of going permanent. 

The Role

• Look after 2 + sites in a hands on team leader position
• Be able to manage workload, co-ordinate teams and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Liaise with the client on site, representing the company in a positive and professional manner
• Provide progress and status updates on the project on a weekly basis
• Be able to carry out on-site tasks as and when required, including use of hand / power tools

Experience Required

• Have come from either a concreting, commercial or remediation background
• Able to demonstrate previous team lead or supervisory experience
• Must have a Construction White Card
• Must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol screen
