Who You'll Work For
This home builder is a subsidiary of a major builder in the Sydney market. Very strongly financially backed, there is long term job security here - even if the market slows down. They have access to a huge amount of land, and the company will continue to grow.
Please note: the area will only go up to Oran Park for 6 months, it will then come back to a closer radius around Wollongong

The Director has about 15 years in the industry, and is very good to work for, well respected - this is a great career move to fast track your path to management.
Easy going in their approach to new starters, you will receive training, support and guidance from the Director, other supervisor, HR and fellow supervisors on settling into the company.
This position is available as the current supervisor is moving interstate.
What You Need
We value people who know how to build a home, if you have a carpentry trade and your builders license, we encourage you to apply. Those with prior project home experience will be highly favoured. Salary is negotiable
Having supervised new home builds yourself, your experience is recognised here. If you have the passion and drive, we can equip you with the skills you need to run the sites.
Customer service is a big part of the role, so a friendly disposition and patience for customer enquiries is essential.
What You'll Get
We use an onsite tablet system that is user friendly, and a Director with a lot of new homes experience. Kind and generous nature, you will have a voice within the business and be part of shaping its growth. Depending on your experience and ambitions, you could progress to Construction Manager over time.
Salary will be $105k (neg) plus super, brand new dual cab 4WD and tablet & phone. Package value of about $135k.
