This established commercial builder is looking to take the next step in the Melbourne market in 2018 and are looking to bring an experienced PM into the business to handle the increased workload

They have a proven track record delivering successful construction projects predominately in the retail/ industrial commercial new build and apartment space and are looking to bring a talented Project Manager to continue the growth of the business.

You will be looking to take the next step in your career and get involved in all aspects of a project from cradle to grave. In order to be successful in the role you will meet have:

• Relevant Construction tertiary qualifications
• History of strong tenure with reputable builders in Melbourne
• Experience managing complex commercial projects in excess of $20 million
• A minimum 5 years Project Management experience across a variety of projects
