The above will be required to support the delivery of civil construction projects to ensure they meet the required standard, on time and to budget while satisfying the needs of the client and company.

Qualification/Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
• Excellent oral, written communication and analytical skills
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents and project drawings
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possess strong time management and organisational skills
• Experience with subcontract management
• Experience with implementation of management systems on a project
• Certificate III in Civil Construction or equivalent
• Class C Driver's  License (manual)

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• To monitor the delivery of product to ensure it meets the required standard, on time and to budget while satisfying the needs of the client and company
• Management of all documentation and correspondence throughout the project
• Implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of Ostojic Group’s project management system
• Liaison with the client to ensure Ostojic Group’s contractor position is protected throughout the project
• Contract administration of sub-contractors, suppliers and plant hires
• Implement quality control techniques
• Communicate with all internal and external stakeholders
• Procurement
• Construction Programming
• Cost control
• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment always
• Take an active role in all tool box, pre- start and safety meetings
